Please read these terms carefully before using STARRboard's services.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the STARRboard platform, website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by Tectalik Align Private Limited ("Company", "we", "us", or "our").

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the organisation you represent. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

2. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
  • You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
  • You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service, other accounts, or computer systems.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
  • Use the Service to send unsolicited communications (spam).
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
  • Resell, sublicence, or redistribute access to the Service without written consent.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • Paid features require a subscription. Pricing, features, and limits are as described on our pricing page.
  • Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date.
  • All fees are non-refundable except as stated in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice.

5. Intellectual Property

The Service, including all software, design, text, graphics, logos, and content, is the exclusive property of Tectalik Align Private Limited and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without prior written consent.

6. Your Data

  • You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Your Data").
  • You grant us a limited licence to use Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.
  • We will handle Your Data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
  • You are responsible for maintaining backups of Your Data.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or circumstances beyond our control. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of planned downtime in advance.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of such services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.
  • We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Tectalik Align Private Limited, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

11. Termination

  • You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings.
  • We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or for any reason with reasonable notice.
  • Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Your data will be retained for 90 days and then permanently deleted.

12. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the Service.
